Álvaro has co-developed and co-invested in real estate initiatives alongside multinational partners, including ventures connected to Sambil—Venezuela’s largest and most prominent development group—where he contributed to high-scale projects such as Sambil Valencia Shopping Center.

Álvaro’s corporate experience includes senior leadership roles, where he guided the brand’s global expansion into over 80 countries and advised on large-scale development initiatives. His early career in finance with BBVA in Madrid and additional international markets provides him with a strong foundation in capital markets, credit evaluation, and cross-border financial structuring.
